Self contained garage flat, living/ bedroom area with ensuite and kitchenette. 5 mins from Somerford Park Farm Equestrian Centre, close to the market towns of Congleton, Sandbach, Holmes Chapel, 10min drive from M6, 30mins from Manchester Airport. Close to Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Crewe and Macclesfied stations. Shops 2min drive, numerous country pubs within a 5min drive. Overnight stabling may be available on request at additional cost. The space The Loft is a comfortable and relaxing accommodation. It provides the perfect base for exploring Cheshire and its many places to visit including, Jodrell Bank, Little Moreton Hall, Biddulph Grange Gardens, Cheshire Cycleway, along with the many beautiful Cheshire country estates and the Peak District all within 10 miles. There is a private entrance and stairs to the bedroom/ living space with private en-suite. The space boasts a kingsize bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers, dressing table which can also be used as a work desk, table and chairs. Downstairs is a small kitchenette area with tea/ coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The market town of Congleton has an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and lovely country pubs within a 5min drive. The property is also ideal for anyone visiting Somerford Park Farm Equestrian Centre as it is less than a 5 minute drive away. It may be possible to provide over night stabling and use of the menage please enquire for details. Guest access Guests have sole use of the flat which includes bedroom/ living space, en-suite shower room with shower, sink and toilet and small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There are basic cooking utensils suitable for use with a microwave, crockery and cutlery. The stables are in the owner’s private land and will only be accessible to guests staying with their own horse. This must be Pre-arranged and will be charged separately. Guests have use of the private driveway but I ask that guests are courteous in the way that they park and respect the instructions given on booking as to how to park. Other things to note Cot bed available on request, guests to provide their own bedding for this.
