A cosy house in a rural area that sleeps six in three bedrooms with one of these bedrooms on the ground floor. A fully equipped holiday cottage with central heating and two bathrooms. We are half a mile away from the famous Pendine beach. Laugharne, where the famous poet Dylan Thomas was born, is four miles away. Tenby is approximately ten miles away. We are dog friendly to two well-behaved dogs . A maximum parking of two cars is available directly in front of the cottage. The space A semi-detached cottage set on a hill above the hugely popular seaside resort of Pendine with its iconic sands. Set over two floors, there are three comfortable bedrooms, one ground floor double with a TV and a family shower room and a first floor double with en suite bathroom and twin room. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dining area. The lounge has a very comfortable leather sofa to relax on and watch TV on our very large smart TV. The cottage is in a small residential area, just a 10/15 downhill walk to the beach. Guest access Guests are welcome to use our large enclosed private garden where they can exercise their dogs. The patio area is ideal for relaxing on a lovely summer's day. Other things to note Pendine village consists of several small supermarkets and gift shops along with many different places to eat in or takeaway. There is a motor museum showing the history of the land speed records on our famous seven mile beach.
