The home is arranged over two fully independent floors, offering 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs), plus an additional WC off the laundry room for outdoor living convenience. The upper floor features air-conditioned bedrooms and captures the most dramatic views, while the ground floor offers excellent insulation, underfloor heating and window screens, making it comfortable year-round. Each level has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry facilities, allowing large families or groups traveling together to enjoy both shared moments and private space. Terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and original architectural details preserve the character of the farmhouse, blending rustic authenticity with modern comforts such as fast Starlink Wi-Fi. Guest access Belvedere is best suited for guest with a car/rent-a-car. You can however avail of the public bus services which run to and from Siena city centre on an hourly basis. Undercover parking is available as well as multiple choices for walking and trekking. Other things to note We can organize, upon request, a Welcome Dinner that has been a major hit with a lot of our guests!
