On the ground floor you are greeted by an ancient millstone which gives a typically rural atmosphere with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine (open space) of approximately 70 m2 with a large living area (equipped with two sofa beds), a mezzanine with double bed, a bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe. Outside, surrounded by lemon trees, there is a magnificent in-ground swimming pool (4x10 metres), a large Aeolian-style patio overlooking the Ionian Sea - an ideal place to spend hours of infinite relaxation, comforted by the scents of the nearby citrus grove and the muffled sounds of the surrounding countryside.
