Very bright 55 m² F3 apartment ideal for a family. Located in the heart of the village and a stone's throw from all amenities. It offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as all the necessary appliances. A main room consisting of a functional kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with 2 bunk beds. A sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The space This so-called "Family" apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our building, which gives it stunning views of the main square of our beautiful village, the shops, restaurants and the square of the listed church of St Jean Baptiste as well as the mountains. The latter is ideal for accommodating a family or groups of travelers (hiking, trails or caving) up to 6 people. This apartment is composed of: A bedroom with bunk beds that can accommodate 2 guests or children, this room has a large window overlooking the mountains, among other things. A bedroom with a large double bed ideal for parents or 2 guests with a large window overlooking the main square of the village and the mountains. A living room equipped with a sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people, whose window also overlooks the main square of the village as well as the mountains. This living room is adjacent to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen for 6 people. A spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Guest access At the bottom of the building is a small square that is a dead end, you can park for a minute to unload all your belongings and suitcases right in front of our front door, which is very convenient. - A tourist information point is located on the 2 nd floor, where you will find the various brochures provided by the regional Tourist Office, as well as many walking and hiking maps provided by the St Jean du Bruel hiking association (L'escapade). Other things to note COVID-19 Information: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff while providing you with peace of mind for your vacation, we have implemented new hygiene and disinfection measures as well as new operating methods to combat the spread of Covid 19. - Systematic disinfection of our apartments with a virucidal (Standard EN 14476) and bactericidal (Standard EN 13697) disinfectant. (Planar surfaces, kitchens, countertops, stoves, refrigerators, bathrooms, toilets and sinks as well as all door and window handles, as well as for common access (Entrance door, stairs and guardrails...). - Latency time of 2 to 9 hours respected between two stays. - Wearing a mask is strongly desired for the check-in and check-out of guests. Our hosts will wear a mask and use gel before any entry or exit. - Possibility to choose the entry without physical contact with key in a code box. Warning: - Pillows and duvets are on site but regarding linens, bed sheets and towels, we advise our tenants to take their own because of the additional cost generated by their systematic disinfection. However, we offer linen service for an additional cost of €10 per bed for the full stay. (Double or single bed set + 1 or 2 towels). In this case, please let us know in advance.
