The living area is composed of a lounge; dining area and kitchen which flows out on to a covered deck area that wraps around the house from West to North to East for all day sun. This tidy Cooks Beach accommodation has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed and has its own ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, and bedroom number 3 has one double bunk with a single above. The fully enclosed section has plenty of room for your boat; or for the kids to run around on! The property is also on bore water for all outside use so great for cleaning the boat after a day on the water.
