Space fitted with gas stovetop, new wall-unit electric oven/microwave, drip coffee maker & coffee press, electric tea kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher, & reverse osmosis water filter, as well as ample supply of bed and bath linens. Basic condiments and spices, cooking and cleaning essentials, including coffee & coffee cream, & welcome basket of goodies supplied by host. Living/kitchen area is open floor plan with island kitchen, wall unit bookshelf, antique farm table (seats up to 6), comfortable leather sofa, and wall mount Smart TV for streaming services and antenna for local channels. Main bedroom has a queen bed, spacious walk-in closet with built-in wall ironing board, desk and office chair, wall-mounted Smart TV for streaming services, & antenna for local channels. Main bathroom has step-down walk-in shower with grab bar, two sink vanity, and vintage clawfoot bathtub. Second bedroom includes double bed, half bath, and wall-mounted TV (Roku stick and antenna for local news channels). BEACH ACCESSORIES: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and pool noodles available in back shed behind home. INTERIOR HOME STEPS: This is an older Florida home and has multiple step up and step downs throughout the home, including one step up entering screen porch from outside, a step down into living room/kitchen from the screened porch, bedrooms, and master bathroom, and a step down into walk-in shower. (See photos) The 400 sq. ft. screened-in L shape wrap-around porch is complete with a sitting area, daybed, and dining area for extraordinary daytime and evening meals and cocktails, and relaxing to the sights and sounds of a tropical garden landscaped outdoor patio, Koi pond, and fountain. Outdoor uplighting throughout property and around patio and pond magically enhances evening ambiance. Tropical fruiting trees in the garden include mango, banana, and papaya that provide delicious fruit for guests when in-season. There is a small secluded screened in back porch just off main bathroom - a quiet place for morning coffee! Property includes a Coleman portable propane grill and tanks, 3 bicycles and 2 locks, 6" folding table available on request, and Friday Nite, the friendly and loveable resident outdoor-only cat, cared for by host. Home is equipped with 2 outdoor security cameras/motion detectors/lights located on front and side of home facing yard, driveway, and front and side screen door entries. There are NO camera or audio devices inside home or screened porch. Outdoor solar powered motion detector lights located front fence/driveway and outside back porch. Host is available by text or phone in the next-door detached art studio. Spacious & private double lot property includes home on north lot, art studio on south lot, situated far back from the street. Host uses a separate entrance from street and parks in front of art studio under awning. Guests have full use of circular driveway and parking. Common usage: garbage/recycling bins and mailbox. Buildings are separated by privacy fence. Host maintains koi pond and gardens on need-based service. Lori is a hands-off host, so please be assured all guests will enjoy their privacy, but available if needed!
