The house is quietly located in the heart of the Normandy village of Saint Marcouf, by the sea. The beach is accessible a short walk from the house. Enjoy the sea view from the master bedroom, and let yourself be lulled by the seaside atmosphere. The ground floor consists of the living room/kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a double bedroom. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms. Peaceful setting, ideal for walks, visits to the D-Day landing beaches (Utah Beach 10 km) and nearby museums. The space High season (June-September): weekly booking only, from Saturday to Saturday. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom/toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 single bed and one bedroom with double bed. Garden and barbecue. Parking secured by a gate in the courtyard. Guest access Entire house with garden 🪴 Parking inside the courtyard with gate 🚗 Other things to note In the heart of the Marais du Cotentin Natural Park, you can find many hiking and walking trails. 25km away, the charming Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (favorite village of the French 2019) and the forts Vauban de la Hougue and Tatihou. Go up to North Cotentin and its end-of-the-world landscapes. For more distant getaways: the West Coast is 45 min away. The Mont-Saint Michel is 1.5 hours away. Every year, there are many festivities around the anniversary of Liberation. Sports activities nearby: Golf (Fontenay 1km). Tennis, Nautical Center and Sailing (Quinéville 3km). Hiking trails between the sea and the countryside. Equipment: oven, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, paper pod coffee machine (Senseo). Amenities nearby: bakery, butcher, biscuit shop/tea room, beach bar, some restaurants, convenience store. Direct sale of seafood. Summer market on Sunday mornings in Ravenoville-plage (5 minutes). More shops/markets: Montebourg or Sainte-Mère-Elise (10 minutes).
