The neighborhood is very quiet with all trees and mountain views. The house is also on a dead end, so not many vehicles going up and down the street. Plenty of wildlife abounds this neighborhood. This property is close by to all amenities and only 7 minutes from the Mountain View Grand Resort. Dunkin Donuts is at the bottom of the hill and a grocery store is there as well. Breakfast places are also in short distance. Enjoy a great, all you can eat, buffet at the Mountain View Grand Resort which is 7 minutes from the house. You can see this resort from the back deck! I expect my guests to take care of my home like it is their own. I take a lot of pride in this house that my husband and I built from scratch. Please clean up after yourself and your registered guests. The cleaning fee ensures that the home is in clean, neat, and sanitized condition for your stay. You are responsible for cleaning all dishes used. There is a dishwasher with detergent under the sink. Please clean up all food from counters, stove, and floors. Please do not jack the heat up past 70, there is radiant heat in the floors and doing this could create damage to the system. If anything is broken you will be responsible for the repairs or replacement of the item. I do my own cleaning so I make sure I check everything after every departure.
