Ciclamini Home is a detached house with a fully fenced garden. The house is located in Mombaroccio, a small medieval village on the gentle Marche hills, a few kilometers from Fano and Pesaro. Located on the edge of the Bosco dell'Eremo del Beato Sante, an oasis of peace and tranquility, it is the ideal place for walks in nature admiring the surrounding landscape that ranges from the Apennine mountains to the Adriatic Sea. The space The house is spacious and bright, and is entirely on the ground floor, except for the second bathroom, which is on the first floor. From the entrance door you enter a large living room, partially divided by a wall: on one side the living room with sofas and armchairs and a large fireplace, and on the other the dining area with a beautiful wooden table, a bench and chairs perfect for convivial dinners. The kitchen is habitable, ideal for breakfast or a quick snack, organized with a square table, chairs, a refrigerator, a cupboard, while the masonry worktop is equipped with a sink, stove, hood and built-in oven. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms with parquet floors and a bathroom complete with shower, toilet and bidet. The first larger bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed, the second bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe and two armchairs, the third bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Each room is equipped with a fan. A wooden staircase leads to the attic floor where guests can use the second bathroom, complete with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Outside, the house is surrounded by the fully fenced garden. A veranda and paved space accommodates an outdoor dining table. A few kilometers away you can reach the seaside resorts (about 20 minutes by car) or visit the many villages that embellish our landscapes. For nature lovers, don't miss the Furlo Gorge and the San Bartolo Park, for those who love art, definitely see the city of Urbino, a UNESCO heritage site and home of Raphael.
