Casa Saguaro Simple Rustic 3bd Dwelling JTNP

Casa Saguaro (Sa-Wa-Row) - rustic 3 br/1 bath house on 1/4 acre overlooking the town of Joshua Tree - near the west entrance of JTNP. Walking distance of the saloon & Farmers Market on Saturdays. Casa Saguaro is a cozy place to get away for a while. No air conditioning but we do have a swamp cooler for cooling which will cool 5°-10° F lower than outside. There is a TV with DVD player. No TV channels but you can stream through our WiFi using your individual accounts. Mike and Marnie The space Just step out the back door and enjoy the great view of Joshua Tree during the day and the lights at night. If your preference is for the stars, just look above. Guest access The house is open to all guests. Enjoy the view of town and the quail and rabbits often seen running throughout the yard. Other things to note Be respectful of our local neighbors and keep a low profile outside after 10pm. Best to approach the driveway at an angle for low profile vehicles. There is also a berm that stretches across the driveway to divert rainwater away from the house. This was put in by the city. Check your car clearance. Registration Details CESTRP-2022-01076
