We are located at Auckland's southern border away from the hustle and bustle. State Highway 1 is just around the corner and therefore we are the perfect spot to discover Auckland, Franklin and other places like Hobbiton, the Coromandel Peninsula or Waitomo Caves. 10 minutes drive to Pukekohe 25 minutes drive to Hunua Ranges 40 minutes drive to Auckland The space Our farmhouse comes with three spacious and sunny bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom of the house has access to our spacious deck and outdoor area and is equipped with comfy queen beds and a tv in each room. Our large lounge and kitchen area is heart of our home and offers everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, you can make use of our 2 modern cabins. Our Kiwi Cabin is a stylish 2 bedroom tiny home with 2 bathroom and our Kea Cabin is a cozy 1 bedroom tiny home with bathroom. Guest access Please note that your hosts live onsite in their own private apartment which is semidetached to the farmhouse. You will have full privacy in the farmhouse and cabins. Your hosts are available though if you need help. Other things to note • We are a B&B providing accommodation to other groups on our property. • No parties. Small family events by request, extra fee may apply. • No smoking indoors. Smoking allowed outside only. • No unregistered guests or visitors. • Pets allowed by request only. Extra guest fee: $44 + 15% GST per person, per night, for anyone not included in the original booking. Infants (0–1) stay free. Normal fee applies for children 2+.
