This villa is a beautiful villa estate surrounded by rice fields and direct ocean front. It is a suitable place for larger families or groups looking for accommodation close to nature. This luxurious villa consists of a main villa -with big swimming pool- and 2 guest houses -each with own swimming pool- all situated on a property of 2600 sqm.  It's an excellent place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends. Individual couples and small groups are very welcome too. The space The Villa and Guest Houses: The main villa has two large 'master' bedrooms and give complete intimacy for families or newlyweds that can accommodate up to 4 people. The first large bedrooms in the stairs have a king size bed and have direct access to the pool (12x5 mtr) and beach views. And the master bedroom on the stairs with a double bed offers you a beautiful view of the beach and while looking down from the balcony, the pool and garden will refresh your eyes automatically. The bedrooms are complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower and unique painting and decoration. The guesthouses are located in the tropical garden in the backyard of the villa and can accommodate in total 8 guests. Each guest house consists of a two luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a wardrobe, a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, each unit has its own terrace with a sun bed and armchairs.  In combination of the main building and the guesthouse makes the villa suitable for a maximum of 12 guests. There is a terrace with sunbeds and lazy armchairs where you can sit and relax and enjoy a drink from the minibar. You can also enjoy your meals on your own terrace. Every guest house have his own private pool (3x6 mtr). These houses are equipped with a minibar, TV with DVD, air conditioning, a safe, wardrobes, WiFi, a luxurious bathroom with hairdryer and a private terrace, where you can relax with a cool drink from the minibar on the lounge sofa and armchair. Here you can, if you wish, also get your meals served. In front of the villa is a narrow path along the Bali Sea, a kind of boulevard. There you can see the local fishermen busy with their activities. Kalisada beach is on your doorstep. You can see the children playing on the beach and in the water. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, look no further. This tropical spot is the ideal place to spend your vacation and recharging your batteries! The staff: The staff team exists of nice and kind people. As guest you have private staff for the villa. The staff have humor and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. Staff will be available to take care of you, we also have a helpdesk who can arrange tours, excursions, trips and everything else to meet your needs.  Our staff is also available to do grocery shopping and cook meals for you. You only pay for the groceries, while the cooking service itself is complimentary. Each day, you can discuss and plan your meal preferences for the following day with the staff. Service of the staff and helpdesk are included in the rental rate of the villa. After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of the villa (and other information 'good to know') and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and to see in the surroundings. All to use privately for you and your guests! Transfer: The best way to get around on Bali is with your own transport, whether you drive your selves, hire a driver, a moped or ride a bike. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible. Public transport is cheap but can be cause for very long journeys if you’re not sticking to a major route. In addition, some places are just impossible to reach. We can arrange the transport from the airport (or from another place on Bali) to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall (or lobby) to bring you comfortable with a private air-co car to the villa. Transfer is not included in the rental rate. For sightseeing tours you can use (against cost) also our private driver. Most of our guests do. The driver speak very good English and is also a good guide, He knows the nicest places and hot-spots to visit in Bali! cluding the car, petrol and the private driver/guide. There is also the possibility to rent motorbikes/scooters. Explore: The villa is located within 35 minutes drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Transport can be easily arranged during your stay in this holiday house. The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away. Dolphin tour: Dolphin watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main nature attractions of this quiet and laid back coastal town in North Bali. What this black sand beach lacks in features when compared to the beaches around the island’s south, it makes up for with its frequent sightings of dolphin pods that favour these calm waters. Back in the days, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outriggers set out for their daily catches in the bay, and so did the dolphins. This unique kinship between humans and dolphins developed over time – hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerels, and likewise, dolphins joined in for a frenzy following the cast nets. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out on the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors for a dolphin watching ride to see their aquatic friends from.
