The space in this house you can even feel comfortable with five people, because there are plenty of retreat options here. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 daylight baths with showers, spread over two levels. The appealing living space with a smart TV in HD+ quality and a BOSE surround system merges into an abundantly stocked library with fireplace, cozy earphones and couch. The kitchen is equipped with every technical comfort. A large dining table invites you to culinary or socialize. A small garden with lush vegetation lets you relax wonderfully, whether in the beach chair, sun lounger or in the wicker chair. Guest access The Hauseil Möwennest***** is exclusively for you, you have your own entrance with parking right at your doorstep and wallbox for the electric car. Since the house is part of a listed Friesenhaus, which was built more than 300 years ago " into the five " and has been adapted to today's structural needs, each of the three parts of the house is individually built and separated. Other things to note Once you have booked with us, you will receive more information and booking documents from us so that your holiday remains stress-free from the beginning. The house is ideal for 2 adults, possibly with a child or another adult , so the nightly rate for 2 people is understood, for each additional person we take 30,-/night. Up to two dogs are also welcome with us, we charge 15,-per night per dog. All our other utilities are included in the nightly price, in addition to the spa/guest tax for adults.
