The space Budmouth is a gem of a holiday cottage, set in the rolling Dorset countryside, part of the UNESCO world heritage site - Jurassic coast. This property has a fanstastic master bedroom with ensuite shower room, lots of wardrobe space storage, a smart TV, fan and hairdryer with a velux window which looks out onto the countryside and a mezzanine view over the living area so you can enjoy the stunning wildlife meadow and fields beyond. The second bedroom is downstairs and has flexible sleeping arrangements so it can be set up with twin or double beds to suit your group best. There is a spacious wardrobe with smart TV and hairdryer too. The adjacent white family bathroom with a shower over a sparkling clean bath has heated towel rail and lots of on demand powerful hot water. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, hairdryer, plenty of hanging and drawer space. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as a kettle, toaster, cafetiere with plenty of cutlery and crockery for adults and children alike. The open plan living space has more fabulous meadow views out of a floor to ceiling lounge window. Light and comfortable, sunny southwest facing lounge and patio with outdoor furniture, retractable laundry line and coal BBQ to enjoy the beautiful afternoon sunshine. Guest access Budmouth Barn cottage is entirely yours for your stay, and as they are purpose built holiday cottages there are no owner belongings in the cottage, cupboards etc are with empty cupboards for you to use. Free excellent, high speed Wifi service. Check in time is from 4pm, however early check in may be available on request for a small additional fee. Other things to note This is one of 5 stunning cottages in the same setting, each cottage has its own privacy but also the shared meadow to enjoy. Pet Owners: Budmouth cottage is pet friendly and we welcome one pet to stay with our guests included in the price. We may consider accommodating additional pets at the owners discretion, so please do ask, but a small fee per stay will usually apply. We do have some pet etiquette we ask all guests to follow to ensure that our cottages are kept nicely and consideration is made for all guests: - Please don't leave pets unattended in the cottage - no-one wants your pet upset left at home whilst you are out. - Please don't allow Pets on the furniture. - Please clean up after your Pets. - Please keep Pets on a lead in the meadow, this is a communal area and we cannot assume that all of our guests enjoy dogs visiting their cottage. Most of our guests are very considerate and this is much appreciated, however, we reserve the right to remove guests who are not able to follow our rules and/or those who have pets that are disrupting our other guests in any way.
