In the apartment you will find a cozy living area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a gallery/mezzanine with another double bed as a retreat, ideal for children, a shower room and a furnished terrace. The afternoon sun can be enjoyed on the green terrace, which is accessible both from the bedroom and from the living room. The comfortable sofa (156 x 200 cm) in the living room can be converted into a sleeping option for 2 people in a few simple steps if the gallery with the double bed is not to be used. A flat-screen TV in the living room with cable and Internet access, a radio and Wi-Fi provide your entertainment. The kitchenette of the apartment is fully equipped for you with a 2-zone ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher and a microwave. Small appliances, such as a toaster, coffee machine, coffee capsule machine (Nespresso Essenza Mini) and electric kettle, complete the kitchen furnishings. The round dining table can accommodate 4 people. A high chair is available for the little guests. In the comfortably furnished bedroom there is a large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a 2nd flat-screen TV as well as bedside tables and a wardrobe. A children's travel cot with mattress is available for the little guests. In addition, the apartment offers a gallery/mezzanine with an additional double bed (180 x 200 cm). The ceiling height here is approx. 1.55-1.60 meters and is ideal as a retreat for children. A fall protection for children in the large double bed is available. Furthermore, the stairs to the gallery are equipped with a child safety gate that you can take off if necessary. There are curtains on the windows of the entire apartment for darkening. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The large illuminated wall mirror provides a pleasant light. A wall heater is available for drying and hanging your towels. A hairdryer and a stool for the little guests complete the bathroom. The entire apartment has been laid with a high-quality laminate floor in oak look. It's a non-smoking apartment. Please understand that bringing pets to this apartment is not welcome. Socket fuses have been installed for the little guests. The apartment includes the underground parking space no. 162 (max. height 2.00 m, max. 2000 kg). This is located in the neighboring house "Meeresblick". You can store bicycles you bring or rent in the in-house bicycle cellar. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the common areas of the house.
