Beautiful country ranch on over 65 acres

Country ranch located on 70 plus acres on the water connecting to the St Johns river, total privacy yet close to beaches and a little over an hour to Central Fla attractions, Disney Etc. There is no other property that compares in Central fla. The house has a wrap around deck to sit on to enjoy the expansive property and lakefront. Bring your boat or rent one close by. The house has 3 bedrooms with two king beds and two queen beds and two baths. living area is up one flight of stairs.y The space The Ranch sits in the middle of over 60 acres of privacy. With 1,100 feet on the water. Enjoy the lake and St Johns river from our small dock. Total privacy for a romantic getaway. With the beaches and attractions an hour or less away. There is no property that compares in the area. The home is suitable for a maximum of 8 guests and no more than two children Guest access You will have access to the screened in pool, hot tub, gas grill, fire pit area for evening fires. Also the lakefront for boating , fishing and swimming at the springs. Other things to note Bring your own boat or rent one close by. Contact us for rates. We also offer additional bedrooms at additional rates for larger guests. Please inquire if you need more space. There are no guns allowed including no BB or pellet guns or any other type of weapon,. We also do not allow any off road vehicles such as 4 wheelers etc. we do have an outdoor fire pit if you wish to bring wood. There is a resident alligator who makes his home in our pond . His name is Oscar and he stays in his pond or right on the edge. He has been there for over 20 years with no issues. We do not allow fishing in the pond. There are no fish in it anyway. . So stay away from the pond. We also have an optional 4 Th bedroom for larger groups at $60per night extra. The ranch does not have5 star amenities,. If you are looking for granite countertops, stainless sub zero refrigerator or a designer interior then this is not the place for you. It is not updated to the most current interior design, furniture etc. it Does not have the newest upgraded window blinds, etc which you might want and expect to find in a 5 star property. It is a country property so expect bugs , fire ants and other creatures such as spiders that are home in a large country property.countrWe Do not want guests to come expecting a designer interior and the give us a review saying it needs to be upgraded. It is however basically comfortable , clean and we have multiple return guests who come mainly for the one of a kind setting which no other property in the area that compares, The pool is screened however every night the dew drops through the screen dust, pollen and a bug find their way into the pool. This is not a resort or disney world where there is a pool boy to daily skim these these things out of the pool so we provide a skimmer on a pole for you to do so if desired on a daily basis. We do have a weekly pool#service who keeps the chemicals balanced but as I said with so many trees around the screened pool pollen etc make their way into the pool nightly. However if you are mainly interested in a private country setting set in the middle of 80 acres then you may want to consider the ranch,.all that being said the vast majority of our guests give us a 5 star review. We do not cater to groups who are heavy drinkers due to liability issues or hard partiers. So if this is the case with your group this is not the property for you and please do not inquire about a stay. We cater to families and guests who will follow our rules and respect the property. Since the property is so large it always needs something to be done, mowing, tree trimming etc so I do come up everyday for 2 to 3 hours or less some days but am not near the house to invade your privacy. Also we limit guests to a maximum of two children who need to supervised at all times due to the unique nature of the property and the screened pool. We do not allow gatherings for other than registered guests as due to the unique nature of the property we have had to many not so pleasant experiences when others are invited who do not abide by the rules which they have not even read. However we are flexible on that if you want to have 2 or 3 friends or relatives stop by which is fine. Larger groups however do not fit our rules. I also come out most days to do work, but are not near the house to invade your privacy. But if that is a problem then it is up to you.
