Vacation home Ela with private jetty

Our newly built in 2016, newly renovated in 2023, modernly equipped and well-maintained vacation home "Ela" with its own riser and access to the water offers you really everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The space This is composed as follows: The living room: Beautiful large and bright living room with integrated kitchen and dining room. Cozy L-shaped sofa with direct view of the flat-screen TV. Satellite dish with all German programs. From the sofa you can look directly at the spacious terrace, the canal and a large meadow. The sleeping options: Bedroom: 1 large double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe Children's room: 1 single bed (0.9 m x 2.00 m), 1 bunk bed (0.9 x 2.00) and small wardrobe. The kitchen: A fully equipped and open country house kitchen with refrigerator / ***freezer, 4-plate induction stove, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, hand mixer, hand blender, toaster, kettle, hot air oven and everything you need for your culinary catering on vacation. The bathroom: The spacious and bright bathroom impresses with a great spacious wellness shower, 1 sink and 1 toilet. The house Ela has central heating and can therefore also be used very well during the cold season. Garden/terrace: A sunny and beautifully landscaped terrace right on the water with a garden table, 5 chairs and 2 wellness loungers. The property is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. The lake, the Groote Vliet with a jetty are only about 50 meters on foot. Extra access for guests: - Shared laundry room with washing machines & dryers (washing tokens can be purchased from the site management.) Office hours: daily between 10 am and 6 pm! - Small playground on the holiday island - Shared bathing jetty with a small lawn. Other things to note There are additional costs on site: Environmental tax - 3.5 euros per person from 18 years per night (to be paid in cash on site). Final cleaning - 60 euros (to be paid in cash on site). Deposit of 150 euros to be paid in cash on site (will be refunded at the departure. Gas - 10 euros per day (from 11/01 to 03/31) You can bring the bed linen (duvet covers) and towels or rent them on site for 15 euros per person. There are additional costs on-site: Visitor's tax - 3.5 euros per person over 18 years per night to be paid in cash on site. Final cleaning - 60 euros to be paid in cash on site.
