Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks!

The house is in a quiet, spot surrounded by trees. You can see a little bit of Lake Champlain from the living room windows, but just a 3 minute walk down the hill will take you to our shared beach. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Since it is a very rural space, there will be bugs at certain seasons. If you need bug protection do come prepared:) Other things to note There may be limited cell service depending on your carrier. We do now have high speed internet at the house (since 2019) as well as a landline. There is a charcoal grill (but remember to bring charcoal). Or you can cook on the fire pit in the back yard. We have a grill for the fire pit hanging up in the garage.
