Located just 30 minutes from the beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, this old renovated barn is perfect for groups of 15–18 people. The space Open to a private and shaded garden, the Oda cottage is composed as follows: - A superb kitchen of 50 sqm to spend convivial moments. - 2 master bedrooms, each approximately 15 m², on the ground floor, with a 160-cm bed, one of which has its own bathroom and toilet - 2 bathrooms + 2 separate toilets on the ground floor - Upstairs, there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 with a 90 cm bed + 1 with a 140 cm bed (sleeps 2) in the first two, 2 90 cm bunk beds (sleeps 4) in the third, and 1 bunk bed + 1 140 cm bed (sleeps 4) in the last one. There are also 2 bathrooms+ 2 separate toilets. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, group life is very comfortable. From the end of March to November 15, you will enjoy the indoor swimming pool and heated at least to 28°. The high shelter stores the heat you'll enjoy at the beginning or end of the season. When the weather is beautiful, we deploy the shelter so you can enjoy an outdoor pool. And of course, safe!!!! Close to the Atlantic Ocean, it only takes 1/2h to meet on the sunny sandy beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie. In Vendee, there is no shortage of tourist activities and you will easily make your choice by consulting our tourist documentation: heritage, history, culture, hikes, gastronomy, amusement parks like Le Puy du Fou, O’Gliss Park and Indian Forest... The pool is just for you, no one else has access!!!!!! A family plancha on the terrace awaits you to have a good time around grilling!!!! In addition to many hiking trails, there is a superb free access mountain bike track 300 m from the cottage with crossing, trial, descents, etc... In short: pure happiness for mountain bikers!!!! There is a pétanque court facing the terrace, remember to bring your balls!!! We can also offer you a wellness massage session directly on site if you wish. To do this, all you need to do is contact Celine to choose the instance that suits you!!!! We also have 2 cribs and 2 high chairs on request. Please know that this cottage has just been classified 2 * at the "Meublé de tourisme de qualité"!!! Guest access Guests can fully enjoy the private indoor heated swimming pool (open from late March to November 11) and the entire estate. Other things to note The cleaning fee is included in your stay rate. A complete set of sheets is available for rent for those who do not wish to bring their sheets (€15 per person). A deposit of €1000 will be given to us upon your arrival and may be withheld if the cottage has suffered excessive damage, breakage, or other anomalies, as well as for noise pollution. Respect for the neighborhood remains a key priority for us. We categorically refuse any festive event. We will retain the entire security deposit if necessary. We also attach extreme importance to the pool rules for children: never leave them unattended at the pool!!! Thank you!!
