L'ODA: Superb country cottage with swimming pool

Character cottage classified 2*, in the heart of the Vendée countryside, the "Gîte de l'Oda" is furnished so that you can spend a quiet and relaxing vacation with friends or family. Located just 30 minutes from the beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, this old renovated barn is perfect for groups of 15–18 people. The space Opening onto a private and shaded garden, the Oda cottage is composed as follows: - A superb 50 m² kitchen for friendly moments. - 2 master bedrooms of about 15 m² with a 160 cm bed each, one of which is equipped with its shower room and toilet - 2 bathrooms + 2 separate toilets on the ground floor - Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with 1 90 cm bed + 1 140 cm bed for 2 of them, 2 90 cm bunk beds (sleeps 4) for the 3rd, 1 bunk bed + 1 140 cm bed (sleeps 4) for the last. There are also 2 bathrooms + 2 separate restrooms. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, group living is very comfortable. From the end of March to November 15, you will enjoy the indoor swimming pool heated to at least 28°. The high enclosure stores the heat you will enjoy at the beginning or end of the season. When the weather is fine, we deploy the enclosure so you can enjoy an outdoor pool. And of course, safely!!!! Close to the Atlantic Ocean, it only takes 1/2 hour to get to the sunny sandy beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie. In Vendée, there is no shortage of tourist activities and you can easily make your choice by consulting our tourist documentation: heritage, history, culture, hiking, gastronomy, amusement parks such as Puy du Fou, O'Gliss Park and Indian Forest… The pool is only for you, no one else has access!!! A family plancha on the terrace awaits you to have a good time around grilled food!!!! In addition to many hiking trails, there is a superb mountain bike trail with free access 300 m from the vacation rental with fording, trials, descents, etc... In short: pure happiness for mountain bike lovers!!!! There is a pétanque court facing the terrace, remember to bring your balls!!! We can also offer a wellness massage session directly on site if you wish. To do this, all you have to do is contact Céline to choose the time slot that suits you!!!! We also provide 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs on request. Please note that this gîte has just been rated 2* in the "Quality Vacation Rental"!!! Guest access You can fully enjoy the private indoor heated pool (open from early April to late October) and the entire estate. Other things to note The cleaning fee is included in your stay rate. A complete set of sheets is available for rent for those who do not wish to bring their sheets (€15 per person). A deposit of €1000 will be given to us upon your arrival and may be withheld if the cottage has suffered excessive damage, breakage, or other anomalies, as well as for noise pollution. Respect for the neighborhood remains a key priority for us. We categorically refuse any festive event. We will retain the entire security deposit if necessary. We also attach extreme importance to the pool rules for children: never leave them unattended at the pool!!! Thank you!!
