All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the lounge room has a split system airconditioner. All your linen is provided and the beds are made up ready for your stay. All you need to bring is your food/drinks and personal belongings. There is one large bathroom with a seperate toilet. It has a lovely big decked patio out the back with a bbq. The front verandah has a decked area covered with a shade sail and a comfy daybed for you to just sit back, relax and chill out. If your lucky, Mr Whippy occasionally comes past the house. Beautiful lush green reticulated lawns. Plenty of space to park a boat. Little Ledge Beach House is only 100m from the Ledge Point Store which is also a Bottle Shop. t's an easy 5 minute walk to the Ledge Point Country Club. The house suits two families. No Wi-Fi available. Minimum 2 night stay at all times and 3 night minimum stay on long weekends. No pets allowed. No parties, leavers or under 25s allowed.
