Robin Cottage has a good-sized sitting/dining area, together with an open plan kitchen which lends itself to maximum comfort and relaxation. The bedroom is situated upstairs and can have either double or twin beds as desired. It comes with a fully equipped en suite bathroom with an over-bath shower, WC and hand basin. After enjoying the purpose built footpaths around the farm you can often see the sheep Dog’s playing from the living room window after their hard working day, which can often turn a bit vocal!. Robin Cottage has a level entry front door and a designated parking space just a few metres from the front door. Guest access Staying at Mellwaters Barn you are on a private farm a short drive away from the local villages and Farm you have a designated parking space for your cottage and there are purpose built paths around for wonderful walks. Other things to note We are a working farm but we are usually available from 9am-11:30am, 2:00pm-4:00pm and then after 8pm for emergencies. You can also contact us through the Airbnb messaging service as well as email and alternatively you can call us and leave your name, number and the cottage your staying in and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
