The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light with wall-to-wall windows showcasing the lush greenery outside, while a gas fireplace and Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, and Stan create the perfect cosy setting. The formal dining corner seats ten, while the chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances, ample bench space, and a butler’s pantry. Meanwhile, the undercover patio extends the living space outdoors, offering a large dining table and BBQ, surrounded by the peaceful backyard. Head upstairs where the primary suite unfolds beyond double doors, featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, and a second TV room. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
