You will notice from second one, the tasteful decor, tidy and welcoming ambiance your oasis has to offer. It is a 2800 square foot one-story home with both Living Room and Family Room, including coffered ceilings in both of these rooms. The home is sprinkled with tons of artwork. Within the Dining area off the living room, you will enjoy the dining room table that seats six The kitchen is stocked for a gourmet chef and his/her house guest with granite counter tops and spacious elevated breakfast bar seating for four. Not only that, there is an additional eight-foot-long granite counter for food prep that the owner loves as an amateur chef. You will enjoy the coffee and tea counter in the area adjacent to the long-kitchen prep area described above. We offer complimentary Keurig (K-Cup) coffee/tea maker, with regular/decaf coffee, tea as well as sugar, sweetener, and creamer. There is a covered lanai for your comfort. Embrace outdoor Florida living with the colorful pool (unheated) view during your delightful dinner. Your dining table on the lanai can accommodate six. Plenty of parking either on the three-lane driveway or on the street. PARKING ON THE GRASS IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE CITY. There are washer and dryer laundry services ONLY for guests who stay for more than seven consecutive days. Laundry Services are performed by the host, Angela, for a per load charge and with a minimum 48 hour prior arrangement with her. She will turnaround your unfolded laundry in 24 hours. Internet Speeds= 184 Mbps download. 113 Mbps upload Pets are not permitted on the property. The host is severely allergic to cats and dogs; therefore, no service animals are permitted on the property. Infants and children younger than 12 years old are not permitted. You must have the following on your Airbnb profile in order to book at our home: a) verified government ID b) current phone number c) recent photo of you that we can verify it is you that checks in. After your booking is confirmed, you will provide 1) full names of you and your fellow guest, 2) your permanent addresses, 3) your phone numbers, and 4) a recent picture of you and your guest. This is done for the protection of all guests that stay at my home. No firearms are permitted on the property. If you have them in your possession as a guest at our home, they must be stowed in your vehicle at all times and you must be able to show an unexpired concealed carry permit issued by an authorized governmental authority for such firearms. If firearms are discovered on the property by the owner, the manager, or another guest that are not stowed in your vehicle, the Cape Coral police will be notified and you and your guest will be removed from the property. There are four video cameras recording footage of the exterior of the house- on the lanai, pool, driveway, and front door. Cameras are used to protect guests, the host and owner. Please make sure that your credit card or debit card payment source is working and has enough available dollars for your booking. If there is a problem with the payment, I will ask Airbnb to cancel a reservation where there is a pending payment. Of course that does not mean you can't try to book again. Other things to note The Gulf Beaches: Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel Causeway are each a 16 mile drive from the house. The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, a 10-minute drive from our home, offers daily rides from the Marina to Fort Myers Beach (for a fee) on the 42-passenger Silver King. It is an awesome option to driving where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views on your boat ride to/from the beach...maybe even see a Dolphin or two!
