The Bungalow is just 2 blocks south of the magnificent 16-acre Irving Park and conveniently located near the Moda and Convention Centers. With a walk score of 91 and a bike score of 100 you'll have more than 100 coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk, bike or drive! The space There are three floors of living space: a main floor, an upstairs floor and a downstairs master bedroom suite. There is central heating and air conditioning. All beds in the house have brand new memory foam mattresses and we use high end 100% cotton sheets. The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom with a king bed and the main floor bathroom with tub and shower. The living room is a warm and inviting space. There is a 65" Ultra High Definition television (4K) above the fireplace with 160+ Xfinity cable TV channels, a built in Roku player and Blue ray player. You can watch cable TV, play a DVD movie or stream your favorite show...your choice. ESPN included! For those of you who are looking for the true MCM experience, just sit back in the comfy sectional couch, sip a cold beverage and spin one of the 500+ premium vinyl records on display in the living room's custom Hi-Fi turntable sound system. There is a formal dining room next to the updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and cookware and has new appliances, including a large microwave and second oven, a gas stove and an amazingly quiet and powerful dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal is available, including an outdoor gas. The large master bedroom suite and private full bathroom are located in the finished 750 sq. foot basement and has comfy king bed, a single bed and a lounge area. A separate laundry room is attached to the master suite and has a brand new washer and dryer with multiple options and is fully stocked with laundry supplies, iron, ironing board and utility sink. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with window AC in the summer time. Both bedrooms have a queen size beds and one currently is set up as a PlayStation video gaming room with twin PS3 gaming consoles and dual 65" big screen monitors. The back yard is a shared space. We live in a small guesthouse located in the back of the property and one or more of us may be on vacation during your stay. We are in the middle of re-landscaping the backyard, but have outdoor seating and a gas grill if you need it! Guests have one reserved parking space in the driveway and free on-street parking too. Guests enter by keypad code on the front door. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. The backyard contains a guesthouse and is a shared space.
