New large hot tub installed and located right off of the deck. There is also a small table and chair set, as well as other chairs for relaxing around the propane firepit. head out the driveway and you are on Icicle road and in the center of activity, nearby hikes, floating the river and much more. Behind the cabin is a covered gazebo with additional chairs and table to soak up the views and peace and quiet. You might even get some visitors (deer, quail etc) to wander on past. Our guests will have the entire cabin, including both closets. 2 private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and nice views from the bedrooms of the mountains and surrounding valley. 2 full bathrooms, both with full showers. Master bedroom has connected full bathroom. Both bedrooms are behind sliding barn doors. The cabin is located is a beautiful location, at the base of the Cascade mountains, Icicle Ridge and Sleeping Lady resort is a 1/2 mile down the road, across the street from the state fish hatchery. A great area to take a walk and a wide side of road for biking, running. Quiet enough to hear the birds, country location with amazing views all around. You will be happy that you have your car, there is so much to see and do in Leavenworth. **************************************************************************** Leavenworth is located in a mountain town, which means from November to March, expect the chance of winter driving in snow and other winter weather. Plan accordingly with a 4x4 or All Wheel Drive vehicle. A great site to watch is WSDOT for the traveling conditions. Keep the above in mind when booking during the winter months *************************************************************************************** Cancellations are only accepted when both local mountain passes are closed at the same time for over 6 hours. It is a good idea to purchase insurance with Airbnb in the event that you need to cancel for any other reasons for example, flight cancellations, illnesses etc. We have a strict cancellation policy, but do allow refunds if the mountain passes are closed. Thank you for understanding. We live in our home on the same 1.33 acre property. Our home is at the front of the property, cabin located in the back. Plenty of private area for our guests. Covered deck connected to cabin with chairs, table & propane firepit and more private space in the gazebo located behind the cabin for our guests. Our guests love hearing & watching the quail, the deer often wander by and owls in the evenings.
