Perfect for families, groups, and those traveling with dogs. The space "Casa Il Fienile" is a 180-square-meter detached house converted from an old, renovated barn. The house is arranged on two levels and has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning in all rooms. Wifi available to guests. On the ground floor, there is a large living area with a big table, two sofas, a 55-inch large-screen Smart TV, and a satellite decoder. The house is ideal for a stay of 6 people; however, it can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. Completing the ground floor, you will find one of the two double bedrooms with a Jacuzzi hot tub and bathroom, a dining room, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso and American-style coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric juicer, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. On the second floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (which, upon request, can be joined together with a fastening system to form a third double bed). Available (upon request): a high chair and a toddler bed. The outdoor spaces include a large terrace equipped with deckchairs, a parasol, tables, and a barbecue area for al fresco dining. The property is located just a 15-minute drive from the Florence-Impruneta exit of the A1 (E35) highway, and about a 30-minute drive from the center of Florence. In Impruneta, you can take the bus to Florence, which takes about 45 minutes to reach Florence railway station. The owner lives nearby, so guests can count on prompt assistance if needed. Other things to note “Casa Il Fienile” has been renovated using eco-friendly materials and in accordance with the principles of respect and love for the environment. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system. A reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen ensures purified water, without the need to buy plastic bottles. We ask our kind guests to share these principles and avoid unnecessary waste of energy (for example, turning off the lights if they are not in the house or avoiding keeping the air conditioners on with the windows open), but without having to give up any comfort. The remote controls for the air conditioners are provided on May 1st and collected on September 30th, in line with the changing seasons; during the winter and fall months, heating is used.
