6 Bedroom, Edwardian home recently refurbished throughout. We adore this area and are delighted to be sharing it with you. Everything is possible via a short riverside walk. We are 2 mins from the river and its delicious riverside cafes, 8 mins to Hampton Court Village ( with its plethora of eateries and boutique shops), 8 mins to the Station (19 mins to Wimbledon, 25 mins Clapham Junction, 30 mins Waterloo). 10 mins to Hampton Court Palace and Royal Bushy Park. A mature garden to enjoy too. The space 6 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, large open plan kitchen with all mod cons, 3 reception areas, 2 additional reading areas, mature garden, underfloor heating to ground level and bathrooms, marble bathrooms and roll tops baths all available for your enjoyment. Perfect for hosting large gatherings ( although please note we do not allow parties). Depending on the time of year you can enjoy a variety of beautiful views from our garden - blossom on our large magnolia tree, tulips, iris, lavender, jasmine, calla lilies, white roses, agapanthus, allium, peonies, passionflower etc fill our garden with fragrance and views from the kitchen / living areas with seasonal beauty. All for you to enjoy, along with a hammock in the summer months and large mobile pool upon request. Other things to note The price per night is without linen and towels. You are free to bring your own or hire ours. Usually £10 per guest. When we know which rooms require linen / number of guests we can send you an additional price for that if required. These will be left for you to make up the beds in the configuration you need or, we can ask our housekeeper to do that for you before your arrive at an additional £5 per bed to cover her time.
