Infrared sauna, right in the harbor mile The 2-room apartment REEDER's topp by Seeblick Ferien is a spacious apartment with about 70 square meters of living space and a really spectacular view of the harbor, Schlei and the Baltic Sea. It is located on the 3rd upper or attic of the residential and commercial building Klabautermann 3 with exclusively quiet business (rental agency, office, shops) and sits practically like a small house over the entire Baltic Sea resort! The interior The space this extraordinary harbor apartment offers enough space with living, dining and kitchen area (about 31 sqm), small balcony (2x2m), hallway with writing space, a bedroom and bathroom enough space to immediately feel at home - the open and partly up to 4 m high ceilings are created here! There is also a small infrared heat cabin! For the third and fourth person, a sofa bed is available in the living area. However, the special feature is not only the unique view, but also the location directly in the harbor mile of the beautiful and newly emerging marina, the main attraction of the entire holiday resort at all. Watching the morning or evening red and the sunsets over the harbor is a special colorful event almost every day. If you love a quiet vacation close to nature, you should certainly be able to spend "your most beautiful time of the year" here, even though the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz are currently subject to a constant change with construction activity. Here, the times (arrival between 4 pm - 6 pm and departure between 8:30 pm -10:00 am ) apply, as agreed with our guest service on site. The times are exclusively scheduled by our guest service, whereby we always endeavor to take your wishes into account.
