This is Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if you were at home. My aim is "treating guests the way I would like to be treated". Lovely and new 160 squared mt. apartment. Perfect place a centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 9 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour if you like. The space We are Marisa and Joaquín: Enjoy your vacation and make yourself at home. Our main interest is to treat you as we would like to be treated ourselves. The apartment is located in the city center, in a lively neighborhood, 75 meters from the main street, Alfonso X. Modern, charming, and luxuriously furnished. The rooms are located inside the apartment, so it is quiet and you can't hear the traffic. It's so central that you can walk anywhere, such as the central market, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Guest access The apartment is located in the second floor, with elevator. Full equipped kitchen with all the household and small appliances (dishwasher machine). There is a water purification system, so you don´t need to carry bottles of water to drink. New memory foam matresses made of visco: You will sleep like never before!. Of course bed linen, towels, iron and hairdryer are provided. Possibility of a parking space in a private car park next door with a discount for our guests. Other things to note It takes about half an hour to get to the apartment from the airport by taxi or city bus C-6. The blue 6C bus stop is located on the 2nd floor of the airport outside the building, and the fare is €4. Get off at the stop on Calle Alfonso X, number 12, and walk 100 meters to the apartment. I will be waiting for you at the apartment, and if possible, at the bus stop. We will leave a rechargeable card in the apartment for you to use on the TRAM and bus. If you decide to take a taxi from the airport, it will cost around €30 for 4 people. If you are coming by car, there is a private car park near the apartment that offers a discount to our guests.
