Suitable for holidaymakers, small families as well as temporary business residents. The space Situated on the first floor, accessible by stairs, opens a partial Esplanade and partial ocean view. Tropical artwork and fabrics plus sea creatures complete the transformation of this well-located property. The lounge area offers a pull out double-size sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with local channels and complimentary Netflix or can add another two sleeps. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay. The carpeted bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, wall-mounted fan, a partial ocean view, and a porta cot and high chair for your little one. The unit comes with a bathroom and shower and high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen. There is also a free washing machine in the backyard shed for all six units to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware. No private parking at the property but plenty of free unlimited parking spots can be found on the street right in front of the building. We have 4 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your sole use during your stay, shared washing machine in the backyard shed and the backyard. Other things to note As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
