Over 15 days, gas/light/water consumption The space My "sweet home" is on the third floor of an ancient building, typical of this area of the Oltrarno, it is very bright and quiet, with panoramic views of the typical rooftops of S.Frediano, with views up to Pitti and Forte Belvedere. There are two double bedrooms, one with a bathroom with a tub, and a single bedroom with a bed that can become a regular double bed. In the living room, the sofa can accommodate one person. Another bathroom has a shower. An extra bed for children (up to 3 years old) and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. In the large living room/kitchen you will have a washing machine, microwave and kettle, TV. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The apartment does not have an elevator (65 steps), as is often the case in the old part of the city, but on the other hand - as I have already said - it is very bright precisely because of its location. Guest access The house is entirely available. Upon arrival, you will find me or a person I trust to greet and welcome you. - YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTS OF THOSE WHO STAY, as per the provisions of the law - A short contract is signed, as it is a private rental. - We do not accept minors under the age of 18 unaccompanied by parents or in any case by adult family members.
