Tasteful and individual living in a top location

The apartment is located in a very quiet area on the second floor of a 1906 town villa renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. The view from the window goes over the large flower garden to the historic Stiftberg with its Marienkirche. Located just outside the city center, the City Theater, the Northwest German Philharmonic, the shopping area and the educational campus are only a 5-10 minute walk away. The Jacobsweg for pilgrims passes only 100 meters by our Villa Blau. The space Large and bright are the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, where there is also a workplace. The sleeping berth with a large double bed 2 × 2 m is cozy, where you can dream wonderfully on two quality mattresses. Climbing roses and ornamental cherry trees grow almost to the window. The themes of nature, wood and flora are reflected in all rooms, which are furnished with lovingly refurbished, old furniture. Guest access To the left of the house entrance is a romantic, fenced seating area with garden furniture between roses, clematis and hydrangeas. Other things to note On request, an additional third sleeping place on the couch can be booked. The water quality is excellent thanks to our filter system in the basement. For years, we have not been hauling water bottles and drink our tap water directly from the tap. The church bells of St. Mary's Church can be heard. What bothers some people very much, we like very much. The ringing on Sunday or around 6 pm at the end of the day sounds beautiful.
