Private Suite at The Columbine Schoolhouse

1800 square foot private suite within a 1916 refurbished schoolhouse. We welcome the opportunity to share our home with you. Unparalleled 360* views of the Uncompahgre valley & plateau, San Juan mountains and Grand Mesa. We are 40 minutes from Black Canyon Ntl. Park or the Grand Mesa. Oh, & Delta has a drive in theater! The space Due to safety considerations, we are not suitable for children under 12 or animals. One of our dogs can be territorial around other animals, although she is fine around people. We also have a couple of cats, so if you have allergies…. Minors must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older at all times. Guest access You will enjoy the privacy of the 2nd floor suite all to yourselves. There is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a small refrigerator in the kitchenette for your convenience, plus a bbq grill on the deck. Choose any of the three decks to relax with a beverage and take in the incredible views. Use of laundry facilities available, should you need them. Other things to note We share our home with two very friendly dogs and two cats, so if you have allergies be advised. (They are not allowed in the guest suite.) Please note, due to safety concerns, we can not allow service or emotional support animals. There are two mini donkeys who will put a smile on your face when they wish you good morning. Smoking is allowed outside only.
