Blue House: stylish home one street from the beach

Blue House is a beautiful property located in the heart of popular Quindalup, one of Dunsborough's favourite holiday spots. This spacious and stylish beach house is just one street back from the beach, making it an ideal choice for anyone keen on swimming, fishing, boating or paddling. It's a really well equipped home and you'll love the sheltered deck that overlooks leafy green gardens and manicured lawns. Air-conditioning/heating in all rooms and bedrooms and a wood fire are great for winter! The space Bedroom and bathroom linen is included here. You just need to bring beach towels plus your food and drinks. This is a truly amazing place to relax and soak up some good holiday vibes! Quindalup's white sandy beach is less than a five-minute walk away. You can also go cycling or walking along the beachfront pathway that takes you all the way to Dunsborough's town centre. Quindalup Boat Ramp is less than 500m away and the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club is also just up the road. This house boasts two separate living areas, including a large rumpus room at one end of the house which is great for the kids (complete with movie projector). The second more centralised open-plan lounge and dining area is super stylish and includes a cosy wood fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Bliss! The home has a long, straight layout. The kitchen/living and main lounge room are in the middle, and the bedrooms, bathrooms and games room are split across two wings of the home, either side of the central living area. The master bedroom is at the farthest end of the home and offers a tranquil garden view from its corner windows. The fire pit can only be used during winter months and seasonal fire bans apply. A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach. KITCHEN Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year.  Other things to note Your dog must not be left unattended to bark or disturb the neighbours as you may face immediate eviction if we receive a noise complaint. This is a very important house rule. The guest wi-fi is continuous however it is for regular use ie. internet browsing, checking emails and downloading the occasional movie. It is not for heavy use. This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home). Coastal midges and mosquitoes are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night. We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house.
