Country House La Giravolta - Luxe Apartment TRE

Tre is our largest apartment (90m2) This 4-room apartment has a spacious living room / kitchen with patio doors to a large terrace. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 2nd floor has another bedroom. The space La Giravolta is the name of our country house in the region Le Marche in central Italy. Half an hour from the sea and half an hour from the mountains, ideal! We have been living in this beautiful area since September 2009 and we have been renting out our holiday apartments since spring 2010. Since September 2009 we now live on this beautiful spot just outside the village of Barchi in the province of Pesaro/Urbino in Le Marche. In 2007 we saw our house for the first time, dilapidated and overgrown, for years only used for the storage of agricultural machinery and confiscated by pigeons. It was the first house we visited. More followed but this place didn't disappear from our heads anymore. In June 2007 the house was ours, in October 2007 the plans for the reconstruction of the outbuildings and the renovation of the big house were ready. In July 2008 the redemptive news came that all our plans had been approved and finally the work started. It would take a little over a year.... In April 2010 the work was finished. The outbuildings have been rebuilt, the house has been renovated and the swimming pool has been opened. Since 2010 we have been renting out our apartments and since the opening we have welcomed and entertained many guests. Le marche is not only a beautiful summer destination, also in autumn when there are plenty of wine and truffle parties and wonderful walks, and in spring when nature is budding and the temperature is often already very pleasant, it's great to have a holiday here! In total we have 5 apartments, 3 located on the ground floor and the first/second floor, and 2 on the attic floors of the main house and the outbuilding. The apartments on the attic floors both have 1 bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a private outdoor area. The apartments on the ground floor all have a private terrace. Two of these apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 apartment has 3 bedrooms. In the summer there are mosquito nets above all the beds and there are fans in the bedrooms.
