Soaring ceilings in the main living area infuse the space with an airy lightness while large sliding doors afford an excellent vantage point for watching the ever-changing sunset . Your beach house boasts a well equipped kitchen with plenty of room to relax and entertain.......open the sliding doors and enjoy the ample outdoor entertaining area and BBQ facilities. With a separate outdoor shower area this 4 bedroom, 2 .5 bathroom split level home is perfect for beach living! Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom - Queen bed, ensuite, BIR [sleeps 2] Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, BIR [sleeps 2] Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, BIR [sleeps 2] Bedroom 4 - DOWNSTAIRS - 3 x bunk sets, BIR [sleeps 6] LINENS - all BED linens & bath towels are included for guests booked (ie 6 guests will be 3 queens - any extra beds will be $25per single bed extra + airbnb fees and must be prearranged) - all you need to do is pack the fun stuff. On departure, leave bed linens on beds, towels in bathrooms and skip away, already planning the return to YOUR beach house BATHROOMS - the house has 4 showers & 3 toilets, perfect for big groups! Downstairs in an open lounge / bunk room [sleeps 6], an additional lounge area and large screen TV ensure that your group has privacy in 2 living & entertaining zones. LAUNDRY- European laundry PET FRIENDLY Travel with all the family, including the fur babies. Let us know the name and breed of your pet when the booking is being made. To ensure your pet feels safe and secure whilst on holiday there is a purpose built, undercover and garden area for them to enjoy, especially while you are out and about during the day. A kennel is provided but you will need to bring you own dog bed. So that everyone can enjoy the beach holiday, you know the drill, leave property in a super clean state, pick up all droppings from surrounds Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. Key Safe at front door. Other things to note Strictly non smoking property inside house - any and all cigarette butts must be removed from outdoor areas and no smoke smell detectable within house. Guest access the whole house is yours to enjoy! Parking is on site and the beach is a short stroll away. Other things to note We have a strict no visitors policy and so all guests must be included in your booking, even if visiting for an hour! (council regulations). We are NOT a party house. NO SMOKING
