The modern Can Botana 9 is situated in the pretty seaside town of Cala Sant Vicenç, in the scenic north of Mallorca and is a great accommodation for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The child-friendly 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The private covered terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast and the evenings surrounded by the lush greenery of the spacious garden and with a view of the mountains, while the pool area, which is shared with adjacent holiday homes, is ideal for basking in the sun and taking a swim, while the open balcony is the ideal place to while away the evening with a glass of wine. There is one big pool divided in 2 by a metal barrier. One side is for adults and the other one is for children. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400 m) away and restaurants, bars and cafés are only a one-minute walk (120 m) from the holiday home, while the beach, Cala Molins, can be reached after a mere 3-minute walk (270 m). Mallorca’s capital Palma and the airport are 67 km (50-minute drive) away, on the opposite side of the island. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 CCTV cameras in the accommodation: one downstairs in the living room and one upstairs at the top of the stairs.
