Casa David - Deluxe Villa with a fabulous view

Casa Ferica and Casa David are an icon of modern living that caters for your every need without losing the rustic charm of a mountain villa. These two beautiful 4x bedroom family homes located high on a hill overlooking the Azuga valley is ideally placed for a weekend break, a family holiday or romantic getaway. The guests can enjoy a spectacular mountain view, Canadian hot tub, BBQ, wifi and modern amenities through the villa. The space The villas are divided over three levels, with two bedrooms on the top floor – one of which can convert from an adult to a children’s bedroom with 2 x single beds, with en-suite bathroom including bath/shower and WC. The second is a beautifully boutique double-bedroom with en-suite shower room and stunning view. A further two large double-en suite bedrooms are located on the lower-ground floor with entrances straight into the garden. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower, WC and double-basin units. The main living/dining space boasts the most amazing views of the valley which is home to 50 brown bears, (We personally have seen brown bears eating from my rubbish bin, a breathtaking sight; we didn’t appreciate how awesome these creatures are at first hand). The open-fire offers a cosy warm feel irrespective of season, with doors leading onto a large wooden terrace to soak up the sun or scenery. The well-equipped kitchenette caters for all needs and includes oven, grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. The tap-water is drinkable. Located on the bottom terrace is a Canadian Hot Tub, able to seat 5 adults, or a bunch of kids! The Jacuzzi is a great place to relax in the evening, watching the stars with a glass of the local champagne, which can be purchased at the local vineyard, a 5 minute drive from the villa!
