Two bedrooms are located a little set back behind the house, providing more privacy, with independent access to private terraces overlooking the garden. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 3 double beds is ideal for children, while another opens directly onto a solarium where sunbathing enthusiasts are sure to linger. The living area consists of an equipped kitchen with a large wooden table that can accommodate many guests (16 people), a living room and a pool room. The large veranda (covered and heated) can be used as a conference room; it has a large teak table (16 people) with a double barbecue as well as two relaxation lounges. It opens onto the outdoor terraces and the pool, which is overlooked by lush palm trees. A little further in the garden, another large wooden table (16 people) under the trees and a BBQ will allow you to spend the whole day out of the sun if you wish. The 3000 m2 garden is a harmonious blend of Mediterranean plants, flowered rockeries and palm trees, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in a very relaxing exotic atmosphere. HOUSE RULES FOR RENTALS: 1) PETS (consult the owner). 2) CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Weekend: check-ins start at 5 p.m., and checkouts are before 5 p.m. One-week stays: check-ins start at 5 p.m., and checkouts are before 10 a.m. 3) OCCUPANCY CAPACITY The number of tenants must not exceed 16 people (including children). In case of non-compliance with these rules, an additional fee will be applied (€100 per day and per person) and will be deducted from the security deposit. 4) USE OF THE PREMISES Obligation to occupy the premises in a prudent and responsible manner: all amenities are in working order, and any complaint about them made more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises will not be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant. The premises are rented furnished and with all the necessary amenities. If applicable, the owner or their representative will be entitled to claim from the tenants after their departure the total value at the replacement price of any objects, furniture, or equipment that's broken, cracked, chipped, or damaged, and those whose wear and tear exceeds what's normal for the duration of the rental, the cost of cleaning any covers that have become dirty, compensation for damage of any kind to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, rugs, carpet, windows, bedding, etc. 5) COSTS Villadanslesud is rented with all utilities included (water, internet) except for electricity. Your electricity consumption will be charged to you at the end of your stay. 6) CLEANING FEE The end-of-stay cleaning package is a cleaning between two stays; it is in no way a complete cleaning of your stay, so you must clean during your stay and before leaving. In addition, the end of stay cleaning package does not include cleaning the kitchen. The end-of-stay cleaning fee therefore does not include cleaning the kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerators and freezers, ovens, ceramic hobs, coffee makers, toasters and barbecue, and does not exempt you from cleaning the tables and countertops, emptying and taking out your trash and bottles, and cleaning, degreasing and tidying the kitchen. All furniture and equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to their original position. In case of non-compliance with these rules, an additional cleaning fee will be applied and will be deducted from the security deposit. 7) INVENTORY AND LIST OF FIXTURES The property inspection and inventory check of the furniture and various equipment will be done at the beginning and end of the stay by the landlord with the tenant. The tenant will have 24 hours to report any anomalies found. After that, the leased property will be considered to be in accordance with the inventory. In the event that the inventory is not completed during the scheduled time slot, the owner will unilaterally carry out the inventory during the scheduled departure time slot and will ensure that there is no damage and that the premises have been properly restored to their original condition (including cleaning). Any damage found will be reported to the Airbnb website and will be subject to a deduction from the security deposit.
