The Villadanslesud is built in the middle of the woods, far from the torments of the city, its location in the Hérault scrubland favors authenticity over mass tourism... Located in Sussargues, a small village between Montpellier and Nîmes, this beautiful 287 m² residence (accommodating 12 to 16 people) enjoys an ideal position between the Mediterranean Sea (15 min from the beaches), Pic Saint Loup and the Camargue. The space Cleaning and disinfection instructions to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 (as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) will be applied between each stay. The VILLADANSLESUD is perfect for relaxing with family and friends... We offer weekly rentals and a weekend package from 1000 to 1800 euros (depending on the season) from Thursday or Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m. You can contact us and see the video of the villa by searching on the internet: "Villadanslesud" La VILLADANSLESUD is a 4-star air-conditioned furnished tourist property that can accommodate up to 16 people. It consists of 6 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets distributed over 3 levels (ideal for 4 families). Two bedrooms are set a little back behind the house winning in discretion, with independent access to private terraces overlooking the garden. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 3 double beds is ideal for children, while another one directly overlooks a solarium where tan lovers will definitely linger. The living room consists of a kitchen equipped with a large wooden table that can accommodate many guests (16 people), a living room as well as a billiards room. The large veranda ( covered and heated) can be used as a conference room, it has a large teak table (16 pers.) with a double barbecue as well as two lounge lounges. It opens onto the outdoor terraces and the pool overlooked by lush palm trees. A little further into the garden, another large wooden table (16 people) under the trees and a BBQ will allow you to live if you wish throughout the day out of the sun. The 3000m2 Garden is a harmonious mix of Mediterranean plants, flowering rockeries and palm trees allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in a very relaxing exotic spirit. A private tennis court is also part of the rental (about 800m away) as well as two ping pong tables, one new (Cornilleau) in the garage and another in the garden. RENTAL HOUSE RULES: 1)PETS (consult owner). 2)CHECK IN /CHECK OUT Weekend: Check-ins start at 5 p.m., checkouts start before 5 p.m. One-week stays: check-in is from 5 p.m., check-out is before 10 a.m. 3)OCCUPANCY CAPACITY The number of tenants must not exceed 16 people (including children). In case of non-compliance with these rules, additional fees will be applied (€100 per day per person) and will be withheld from the security deposit. 4)USE OF THE PREMISES Obligation to occupy them “ in a good family man”: all the facilities are in working order and any claim concerning them, occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, cannot be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant. The premises are rented furnished and with all the amenities needed. If applicable, the landlord or his representative will be entitled to claim from the tenant after his departure, the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cleaning price of the blankets made dirty, compensation for damage of any kind regarding curtains, wallpapers, ceilings, carpet, carpet, windows, bedding, etc. 5) EXPENSES The villa in the south is rented including all taxes (water, internet) except for electricity. Your electricity consumption will be charged at the end of your stay. 6) CLEANING FEE The end of stay cleaning package is a cleaning between two stays, it is by no means a complete cleaning of your stay, so you must clean during your stay and before leaving. In addition, the end-of-stay cleaning package does not include cleaning the kitchen.
