Beautiful semi-detached house with garden and very well equipped. It is located in the privileged area of El Arenal de Jávea , just minutes from the only sandy beach of this (URL HIDDEN) development is quiet and the house is really cozy. Great for children by having the private garden separate from the pool. The community area is made up of a large park where the pool is located. Not suitable for young people, under 30 years old. The space I acquired this property 13 years ago. I have been vacationing in Javea for 30 years and I love this area. I go year-round weekends. Other things to note Collective parking, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture,umbrella. Towels included, linens included, possibility of cleaning. The occupants of the house will pay 0.35 euros per kw. of electricity for the use of air conditioning or heating. The cleaning of the house per stay is 125 euros. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed. Also the family that needs a crib, its price per stay will be 35 euros. For stays longer than 15 days, the occupants of the house will sign a inventory of the furnishings in the house and once the cleaning is completed, the inventory will be checked and the security deposit will be refunded two days after you leave the house.
