Beautiful semi-detached house with garden and very well equipped. It is located in the privileged area of El Arenal de Jávea, a few minutes from the only sandy beach of this (URL HIDDEN) development. It is quiet and the house is really cozy. Ideal for families with children as it has a private garden separate from the pool. The community area consists of a large park where the pool is located. House occupants will pay 0.35 euros per kW of electricity for the use of air conditioning or heating. The cleaning of the house per stay is 125 euros. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. No pets allowed. Also, for families that need a crib, the price per stay will be 35 euros. For stays longer than 15 days, the occupants of the house will sign an inventory of the items in the house and once the cleaning is completed, said inventory will be checked and the deposit will be returned two days after leaving the house.
