Girasole apartment is part of the exclusive group of Residence La Collina Apartments, "La Collinetta". The flat is on a hilly position and lies on a very quiet place of the noth Lake Como area. It is suitable for families and groups of friend who want to experience a unique holiday. The space It is composed of 2 bedroom (one with twin beds and one with a queen size bed), a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private barbecue area. The common area is to share with other two flats of "La Collinetta" and it is composed of a panoramic pool with jacuzzi and a stunning view over the Lake. Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to all the inner and outer spaces of apartment. The pool as well as the parking, bike recovery,laundry and playground are to share with the other guests of Residence La Collina. Other things to note Heating will be charged based on guests consumption at the rate of 0,3 EUR/kW.When temperature gets lower, during low season (LATE OCTOBER - MARCH), pool will always be closed.
