Host only 1 person or 1 couple max at a time. Freshly renovated with private patio, independent with full kitchen. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, Iron, hair dryer available. 42” LCD tv/premium channels, WiFi, streaming. The space The guest’s suite is very spacious and independent, attached to a home of over 2000 square ft under roof with private seating area and backyard area overlooking a nature park separated by a small lake/canal. Minutes away from restaurants, sport bars, movie theaters, cleaners, department stores, grocery stores, shops, parks, mall etc...the New York Mets spring training camp is less than 3 miles away. The place is ideal for a single person on business trip or a couple exploring the area. The outside of the home is equipped with a video door ring facing the driveway, the backyard and the pathways leading to the guesthouse. Close to shops, parks and treasure coast mall. Minutes from I95 and the Florida Turnpike. Uber and Lyft are available on location. Guest access Lush landscape, water view, if you love your peace and quiet, enjoy nature, this is the place to be Other things to note - No outside visitors or friends allowed inside the residence - The door access code is issued only to paid registered guests. Do not share with friends or anyone else. - Keep your door closed at all times whether you are inside or sitting outside on the patio to prevent birds, curious animals such as squirrels, lizards or other undesirable ones from sneaking in - As a reminder check out time is before 11:00 am ensure that the space is left as clean as you found it: packing papers, shopping bags, empty boxes are removed - When stepping out of your space ensure that the cooktop, faucets, portable fans, window AC are turned off - No dirty dishes in the sink - Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate dogs and cats, though I love dogs very much but the house is unsuitable for cats and other animals. - Absolutely no smoking inside the home but guests may do so on the outside patio, cigarette smoking only (host approval required)
