A beautiful apartment with ample space to socialise or relax, the apartment boasts 'Netflix ready' TV's in 3 of the bedrooms and a 75inch 4K TV in the lounge with an Xbox One games console. Please note that the TVs in the flat do not currently have terrestrial channels. There is a Tesco and 2 large multi-storey car parks within a few minutes by foot. As you exit the apartment, you will be in view of the Metquarter shopping mall and the Everyman Cinema along with ample bars and restaurants. Around the corner is the world-famous Cavern Club which played host to the Beatles in their early years. You'll also find Liverpool One shopping centre just a short stroll away. There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, coffee machine, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests. The apartment has 2 double beds, and 2 small double beds in each of 4 bedrooms plus one small double sofa bed in the living room. Please note that the 4th bedroom has stairs leading directly into it without a door so has less privacy than the other rooms. Access will also be required to that room for members of your group to access the 3rd bedroom and upstairs bathroom. Please note that on weekends, due to the very central location, some road/bar noise can be heard from inside The building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay. Please note that due to the very central location of the apartment, some street/bar noise is audible from 2 of the bedrooms particularly on the weekend. Checkout is by 11am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times. TOWELS & LINEN - All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including: - Fire extinguisher - Fire blanket - Emergency lighting - Smoke alarms fitted in each room - Carbon monoxide alarm - Clearly marked fire exit routes and fire assembly point signage All safety equipment is positioned in line with current regulations and is easily accessible throughout the property. Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
