Mountain View - comfy, budget house, scenic views

GUESTS MUST BRING OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS 5 minute drive to beach, shops, boat ramp and golf course. Good sized rooms and open plan new kitchen and lounge room. Barbecue and outdoor eating area. Suit families. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Polished wooden floors beautiful views to the mountains at the back and to the sea from the front of the house. Sea breezes cool the house in summer to a pleasant temperature. The house is accessible from the street. Not ideal if mobility issues. The space There is a front and back yard and lovely scenic views. Comfortable open plan living area. Guest access The whole house is available for guests. The house is elevated from the street and could be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. It is easier to park in Glen Street which is the side street and enter from the back porch. Other things to note It is possible to walk to the beach but you have to walk up hill to return home. If you like a good morning walk for an hour, you can do the Tuross circuit by starting at the house, turn right up Hector McWilliam Drive and then right up Trafalgar Road and follow the lake edge and beach until Allenby Road and up the hill back to Hector McWilliam Drive and the house.
