FAMILY RETREAT AT ACUARELA: STYLISH HOUSE IN TRANQUIL NEIGHBORHOOD Ideal for a relaxing family holiday, this home offers everything you could want. Please note, that the neighborhood does not allow young groups, parties, or bachelor events. The space This house is surrounded by an INCREDIBLE GARDEN of 4000 m2. It also has a GREAT POOL and several areas to enjoy the outside space, such as the spectacular BBQ area, a table football next to the pool. Also, a NEW JUMPER for children and several super nice corners to relax and enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. Also, highlight the amazing exterior lighting. The house is prepared to accommodate up to 12 people and is distributed over several levels. On the MAIN FLOOR, from the entrance, we access the spacious DINING ROOM that leads us to the kitchen. In the dining room, there is a double ROOM with a large double bed and a private bathroom. In the KITCHEN, they will have everything they need as well as another space for meals. From the kitchen, we have access to the comfortable BBQ area, where we have a toilet and the laundry room. It is a covered area with ceiling fans and full of plants that give it a very special and cosy character. Leaving the dining room, we headed down a bright glass corridor to THE LIVING ROOM. It has access to two outdoor spaces. THE CHILL-OUT and an area with terraces at different levels. In that same bright hallway, we find a toilet and another ROOM with a double bed. On the UPPER FLOOR, we find 4 ROOMS, 1 of them with a double bed and balcony and 3 with two single beds. On the same floor, there are 2 bathrooms. This house has thick walls and, thanks to its design, very good air circulation. Also in CABRILS, the nights are cool. However, there is air conditioning in the two warmest rooms in the house. ACUARELA has a spacious entrance with the possibility of parking several vehicles inside the property. We do a security depot, you can consult about it! If you check the location of ACUARELA, we will provide you with more information about the area and offer you some recommendations. Guest access ACUARELA is exclusive for its guests. THE ACCESS AND PARKING: the access from the street is private and the vehicle can enter into the property respecting the landscaped areas and trying not to circulate on the lawn. The gate is automatic. You can also park for free on the street, respecting the neighbours' garages. It is a street travelled only by the residents of the urbanization. THE GREAT GARDEN is PRIVATE and to enjoy it but must be preserved, please respect the garden areas. THE POOL is PRIVATE and we hope that they respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there are also some hammocks for sunbathing, a foosball table, a bar, toilet and changing rooms. They have bath toys. These cannot remain inside the pool after use. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located.   Thank you in advance for your understanding!      HOUSE RULES    -  It is not available to groups under 25 years old.   - The  Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season  will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.   -  Acceptance of the deposit . This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.   - All persons making the reservation must  identify themselves by showing their identity card . They will be requested before and during the welcome.   - During your stay,  minors must always be supervised  by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.   - It is also necessary to  remove the garbage periodically  to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.   - Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please,  avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.     IT'S NOT ALLOWED    -  Host or invite more people  than those registered on the reservation form.   - Perform  noisy activities  (music, loud conversations...)  from 21:00 and before 09:00  in the morning. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.   - Organize  events, parties, and bachelor parties , as well as any inappropriate behavior.  -  Use bath towels for the beach or pool.  The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.  We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.    -  Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house;  if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.   - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power   - Groups of students are not allowed.   IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT If you want to spend some days at ACUARELA, we ask you to maintain a responsible and rational consumption of our scarce natural resources.
