Villa Wine Experience is a unique house in the area, with elegant and sophisticated architecture. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 45m2 dining room, kitchen with island, terrace with barbecue, private garden with swimming pool and sun loungers, SPA with sauna, jacuzzi and shower, game room with billiards and parking for 3-4 cars in the center of Salou. Contact us! The space The Villa has been designed as a different place to spend a vacation with family or friends or simply a spectacular weekend stay. The Villa faces the sun throughout the day, and has been decorated with natural tones and hardwoods with a wine and winery theme. It has everything you need to have an excellent stay. Not only what you see in the photos, the house has all kinds of amenities, coffee makers, coffee with milk makers, trays, pots, paellas, kitchenware, kitchen utensils and all those things that make our guests feel at home. In the dining room, we will find photos of multiple Spanish wines and a photomural of a vineyard in daylight. The dining room is impressive with high ceilings and natural light throughout the day. Next to the parking lot, we have a small winery with a selection of very good value for money wines available to customers. In addition, we have an impressive private SPA for the Villa with a shower, sauna and jacuzzi with access to the garden. The rooms are spacious and clean, three of the five have a private terrace and all have a TV. At check-in, we give you a welcome pack with 2 of our favorite wines. Guest access The Villa is exclusive for one group only! Other things to note CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT Check-in and check-out times will vary depending on the season. As a general rule: - Check-in is guaranteed after 4:00 PM - Check-out must be before 10:00 AM From January to June and from September to December, if the house is not rented on the day of arrival and the day of departure, guests can enter and leave whenever they want. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST We have an extraordinary breakfast that includes: - Local sausages - Local cheeses - Iberian ham - Pastries - Artisan bread and virgin olive oil - Juices and coffees - Wine selection Inquire based on the number of guests LIVE PAELLA We have a Chef service who comes to the house to make a seafood paella on the spot for the number of people in your group. WINE TASTING AT THE HOUSE If you are passionate about wine, you can ask us about the wine tasting that a local private winery carries out for our guests at the house. Only available in Spanish and English. OUTINGS, ACTIVITIES AND ADVENTURE If you want to spend a spectacular vacation, count on our contacts to organize tickets to adventure venues, museum tickets, excursions to Barcelona, 4x4 excursions in the mountains, lunches and dinners in recommended restaurants and everything that is essential for your vacation on the Costa Dorada. Fees and Security Deposit The rental price does not include the tourist tax. You will have to pay €1/person per night according to the legislation in force in Catalonia, preferably by bank transfer, Revolut or credit card before your stay. A refundable deposit of €500 will be deposited preferably by bank transfer, Revolut or credit card prior to the stay. Depending on the type of group and number of attendees, the deposit may be €1,000. A basic local lease agreement will be signed.
