The apartment has a private terrace and balcony overlooking the orange grove as well as exclusive access to secluded outdoor seating area with BBQ. Large decking area with shared swimming pool. The space Each bedroom has twin beds which can be put together to make a double. Two modern, fully-tiled en-suite bathrooms with a large walk-in power shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Open-plan lounge/diner with sofa, dining table and four chairs. The well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, granite work tops, gas hob, fridge, microwave/grill, toaster, electric juicer and kettle. High-speed wifi, music system, board games, books and classic DVD films are all provided during your stay. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also available. We provide bathroom towels, pool towels, cotton bed linen, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is supplied with all cleaning materials. The property is cleaned for your arrival. Further cleans available at extra cost. Guest access A large shared 13mx4m swimming pool with Roman steps available for guests. We have 6 sun loungers and a table and chairs where you can read, relax and unwind by the pool. Outdoor shower and bathroom. There is a large decking area for sunbathing adjacent to the pool with a two-seater sofa, coffee table and chairs. You can also spend time in our private secluded garden under the lemon tree with a barbecue and seating area. You are welcome to use our large lawn for a game of badminton. In the lush gardens and ecological orchard, you will find orange, lemon, grapefruit, nut and olive trees. When in season, you can also enjoy organic produce from our vegetable plot. Animal-lovers are welcome to meet our cat and Dog. Lamps & candles for your use on summer evenings spent outdoors, while stargazers are in for a treat on a clear night. Plenty of private safe off-road parking available. Other things to note During the summer months here in Andalucia it gets very warm. For your comfort the bed rooms are on the ground floor just needing free standing fans to cool you. Upstairs on the first floor in the lounge dining area there is a large freestanding air fan and also a ceiling fan to cool you down. please note a metre reading (inside the apartment) will be taken on your arrival and again during departure. You will need to budget around 1 to 2.50€ (a day)for normal usage. also, for safety, we ask that all electrical items be turned off when you are not inside the apartment.
