The space The house, with 1 floor, is about 140 m2 and has a separate kitchen and living room, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. An old garage with a large picture window and a sink, allows you to store fishing or beach equipment. Water point in the garden, to rinse things when returning from the beach! A garden of about 950 m2, with lawn and hydrangeas, allows you to enjoy the quiet environment safely (a fence closes the property, for children) to have lunch, play or sunbathe away from prying eyes (high conifer hedge delimiting the land) Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided, but can be rented at a rate of €30 per room (including, for each room, 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover + 2 bath sheets + 2 towels + bathrobe) No pets allowed.
