You will reach this wonderful Resort located in the heart of the Chianti Classico passing through a landscape that is really a poem and has been recounted by the most famous poets of Italian literature. For this reason, you are assisted by local Staff and the gentle owner is a fantastic Cook who can help you realize unforgettable dinners teaching you the local recipes.  Guest access Located in the middle of the rolling hills of Tuscany, it is accessed by a gravel road that will make you feel as if you are going back in time to the 14th century. Located only 30 minutes from Siena, the nearest large city, 15 minutes from Gaiole. Chiantigaio can sleep until 28 persons in 14 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. The main building has a large living/dining room area on the ground floor and houses 10 bedrooms on three levels, while the adjacent annex 4 bedrooms, each with private entrance from the garden.  All the Bedrooms are different and distinguished by particular and outstanding high-quality decoration and furnishings, such as wooden-beams and brick ceilings or completely wooden ceilings, valuable drapes, wrought iron beds, bathrooms with elegant ceramics, partly in rose marble, and for the most part with a whirlpool at the guest's disposal. All pieces of furniture have carefully been selected by an experienced antiquarian. They also have been fully furnished with satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer, telephone and safe. Other things to note For the kids, once the sun sets, a recreation room, with ping pong and a DVD library of English language children's films, offers continuous indoor entertainment.
